Upgrades
BWIR has been a pioneer in the piloting and implementation of Infor 7.  Infor DB and earlier versions of XA were upgraded to either Infor (MAPICS) 6 or 7 using a proven upgrade methodology that has been perfected over the years.

Customization
BWIR's software team is fully equipped and experienced to carry out any customization that may be required.  We have been instrumental in the creation of two paperless products - Development of Manufacturing Data Collection and Communication (MDCC) and the Quality Reporting & Management System (QRMS).

BWIR has expertise in integration of INFOR with third-party tools such as PQR (Purchase Quick Receiver), NAVIGATOR (for Infor), WS Fields (FS/Warranty Tracking), SalesLogix, and ERS+ (Engineering Change Management).
